What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things change, and always will.  Should you have a change of availability, contact us to reschedule or cancel. Full refund given when necessary with 48 hours of notice prior to your appointment time.  

For onsite workshops and retreats 90 days notice is required for any changes to itinerary, and refunds are given solely at the discretion of EIE.   The cancellation policy will be shared for each event.

How often do you recommend mentoring sessions?  Weekly? Monthly?

The frequency of the sessions is up to you, your goals, and your consistency of application of the principles we discuss.  Some grasp the ideas easily, and others need to practice and then recap to get further instruction.  It really depends on your needs.  Generally at least 1 weekly session is recommended to begin with.

What should I have with me during my session?  Paper? Pen?

It is a very good idea to have these handy.  Sometimes during your session your mentor may be channelling a broader perspective who may mention something that does not make sense.  That is where your note pad comes in handy, a quick note to review that aspect of your session can help you get the most out of your session by allowing the channel to flow.  You'll also want to make notes for yourself to go out in to the world with after your sessions.  Often times we will give you specific instructions which you may want to write down. 

Can I record my sessions?

Yes, sessions done in person and via Zoom, we encourage you to record.  These recordings are for you to review and not to be posted publicly.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal payments, unless other arrangements have been made.  Contact us if PayPal is not possible
