Things learned while traveling around the world, surrounding airports and how to maintain a high vibration and elevated base frequency while navigating busy airports, customs / immigrations and most importantly airplane environments...
I carry a piece of orgonite with flower of life geometry on it in my pocket the whole journey. This shields this bodies field from the emf frequencies of airplane WiFi & gadgets. Also shields and protects from the energy of people on the plane.
I use cedarwood, ylang ylang, & vetiver oils on the body as these oils are high in sesquiterpenes which allow for more oxygen to be released and circulated through the body. This greatly decreases jet lag as it increases circulation of blood and oxygen which is main reason for jet lag.
I use either serenity oil by DoTERRA or pure lavender on the tip of the nose as these expand the auric field and shield it from low frequency + aid in any anxiety.
I use DoTERRA on guard sanitizing spray when I get on the plane to clean the area surrounding my seat. (I know a bit ocd).
Most importantly when I get to security line I ask to “opt out” which means I skip going through the metal detectors and the larger body scan. Instead I get a full body pat down. Yes it takes a bit more time and if you’re uncomfortable in the body going for the pat down might be a stretch. That said, I notice a significant difference when I don’t opt out and go through the body scan, my frequency lowers, my body aches and I have intense anxiety. When I don’t go through it I don’t feel any shift in my vibe. Super important. Just ask to opt out. They will not say no.
I also carry crystals and sacred geometry in my pockets that shield and clear energy.
I’m sharing as I’ve had people ask me if I feel nervous when flying of all the toxicity and being an empath How I navigate such hectic spaces. Here’s what I’ve found that works every time as I’ve tested it over and over again.
